I have been helping businesses to run better since 1996. First as an over-ambitious employee, then as a manager and executive, and as a consultant and educator to other business owners and executives since 2002. My clients are from virtually all major industries, and range from family ventures to the Fortune 100.

I delight in making a difference and helping my clients to break through insurmountable problems. I’m excited by what I learn from each new client, and gratified by the changes I see in their success.

My primary interest areas are competitive strategy, financial / quantitative modeling and organizational leadership, but over the years I’ve been educated and experienced in a very broad array of business acumen topics. I’m a generalist at heart.

In my spare time, I’m a bit of a Renaissance man. I stretch my limits, and have tried my hand at everything from marathon running to figure drawing to gaming to shiatsu massage to Italian sword dueling to parenting (the last two might not be that different, really).

I relish people who laugh and live intentionally. We only have so much time; we should make it count.
